1.) Fill out your forms in the Patient Portal (RPQv3 & Demographics)
2.) Enter your name below, check “yes” to each question, click the “Check-in” button, and move on to step 3.
3.) Click on your provider below to enter their Doxy.me virtual waiting room and wait for your appointment to start.
With the summer quickly approaching we wanted to remind everyone that phone cells have historically overheated during tele-health appointments causing an abrupt end to the appointment. We wanted to remind everyone of our policy that tele-health appointments are to be done on computers with a reliable internet connection.
