Nate Kravitz is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Nate is at our Salem location. He primarily sees adults for depression, anxiety, addictions, psychosis, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. He hopes to help others meet their health goals so they can meet their life goals with family, work, school, relationships, recreation, and faith.
Prior to joining ValueCore, Nate worked for 16 years in residential addiction treatment and 7 years with community mental health. Nate has been married for 11 years and has two children. His hobbies include running, playing with his children, and playing Ultimate Frisbee.
Nate sees patients via Telemedicine only in the state of Oregon.
