Gabe Gaertner

I’m a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care for clients aged 10 and older. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Health Science with a minor in Biology, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and a Master of Science in Nursing focused on Psychiatry.

I believe in the power of shared decision-making and view mental health care as a partnership. I work with individuals using a combination of medication management and cognitive behavioral therapy to develop tailored strategies that support meaningful and lasting improvement in their mental health.

My role is to walk alongside you, providing support and clinical expertise as you navigate your path to greater well-being.

Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy spending time with my family, being outdoors, gardening, and woodworking.

I look forward to meeting you and supporting you in achieving your goals for mental health and overall quality of life.

Gabe sees patients in-person at our Canby office and via telehealth for patients in Oregon.
