- Challenge those thoughts. Anxiety loves to whisper negative things in our ears. Next time that happens, stop and challenge those thoughts! Are they realistic? Is there evidence to support them?
- Move your body! Exercise is a natural mood booster. Go for a walk, hit the gym, or bust a move in your living room. Your body will thank you for it.
- Talk it out! Bottling things up never helps. Reach out to a friend, family member, or therapist and let them know what’s going on. Sharing the load can make a big difference. ️
