My name is Beth Cloos and I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I obtained my bachelor’s degree in nursing from the Linfield-Good Samaritan School of Nursing. Additionally, I received my Master of Science in Nursing with a psychiatric specialty from Gonzaga University.
My role is to be a partner in your mental health care through medication management. Mental health is complex, and medication management can be an important part of reaching your goals. I provide medication evaluations, and close follow-up to ensure optimum care. I provide judgement-free care to all my patients and strive to ensure they feel safe working with me.
Beth sees patients via Telemedicine only in the state of Oregon.
